- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I recently moved to CT and was informed that I have to drive to Middletown from Putnam which is one hour and twenty minutes each way to apply for a long gun permit. Which means a day out of work and a lot of driving...I know it isn't the fault of the state police, but the Politicians.
