- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Let me ask....................on March 6 (but charge date is March 7?????).....anyways, states Jeffrey Ruffino was yelling vulgarities at the cops and yelling they never do anything, no not when you are the wrong race or color as we were in the biggest drug building in Middletown---127 Grand Street--owned by a slumlord---Tico Realty, 130 Shelton Ave, Shelton, CT....it is stated people walking down Grand Street were alarmed by his behavior.................LMFAO I cant believe, well no, I can........I doubt there is one normal person that walks by that end of Grand Street, that would be alarmed-the only thing they would be alarmed about is that there would be no one standing on the corner selling crack!By Holly Bartolotta, November 17, 2016
